Four kinds of message reach a person here, and each has a different route and a different response time. Corrections come first because a wrong figure on the Adult Traffic comparison costs readers money and costs us credibility, so they are handled ahead of everything else. Press and partnership enquiries are answered in order. What follows tells you where to send each type, what to include so the reply is useful rather than a request for more detail, and which requests we genuinely cannot help with.
| Reason for writing | Address | Typical reply |
|---|---|---|
| Factual correction, source dispute | [email protected] | 2 working days |
| Press, quotes, data requests | [email protected] | 3 working days |
| Partnership and advertising | [email protected] | 2 working days |
| Privacy and data protection | [email protected] | within 30 days, per statute |
Corrections, and what to include
Send three things and the fix is usually same-week: the page, the exact figure you believe is wrong, and the source that contradicts it. A link to the platform’s own payment or terms page settles almost every dispute in one message, because that is the tier of evidence this site is built on. Corrections that arrive without a source are still checked, they simply take longer, since we re-open the documentation ourselves. Confirmed errors are corrected, the last-checked date moves, and a material change is noted on the page rather than made silently, as required by the editorial policy.
Press and data
Journalists and analysts are welcome to quote the comparison with attribution and a link, and to ask how a specific figure was obtained. We will say which document it came from and when it was read, which is a question we are always able to answer because of the method in how we check. We do not provide off-the-record commentary on individual platforms, and we do not share reader data, because there is none to share.
Partnerships
Enquiries about advertising, sponsorship or inclusion are read and answered, and the answer is the advertising policy: nothing in a comparison table is purchasable, and no factual column changes on request. If you represent a platform whose published terms have changed, that is not a partnership enquiry at all, it is a correction, and it will be actioned faster than anything else in the inbox.
Response times, and what happens if we are slow
The times in the table are targets, not guarantees, and a correction that arrives with a primary source is usually faster than the two days quoted because it needs no investigation. If a message has gone unanswered past the stated window, send it again rather than assuming it was ignored: a resend costs you nothing and reaches a different day’s inbox. Requests that concern personal data are the exception, since they are governed by a statutory deadline rather than by our own targets, and that process is described in the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
We hold no accounts on anyone’s behalf and have no standing with any network listed here, so we cannot release withheld funds, restore a suspended account, overturn a moderation decision or intervene in a payment dispute. Those go to the platform’s own support, and the terms document you agreed to at signup governs them. We also cannot give legal advice about running 18+ campaigns in a particular jurisdiction; that requires a lawyer who knows your market and your setup, and the limits of what this site is are set out in the terms.
For the rest of the site: who publishes this and why is on the about page, the background of the person writing it is on the author page. Beyond that, the commercial relationship that funds the site is in the affiliate disclosure, cookie practice is described in the cookie policy.
